I am picking up a pair of VOTT cabs this friday and loading them up with 515s and 511(don't know what driver). I am using an Advent Modle 300 preamp/amp. I want to come out of the Advent preamp and into a Rane 22a active crossover. from there I will go into the amp section of the Advent and out to the woofs. Then go out of the Rane to a Dynaco st-35 with the highs and out to the horns. Also, out of the Advent preamp I will split the cord (one end going to the Rane) the other end going to a KLH 12" sub with a plate amp and crossover set to around 70 hz. Does this sound OK to you guys. It will give me 15 wpc out of the Advent and 17.5 wpc out of the Dynaco. The KLH has 125 wpc. Do you see any problems? Thanks much. Yours truely, Totally Broke Igor.

    Hey Igor,
At least you're going broke doing something you love. Sure beats alimony.
As far as your system goes, I'll leave that to the experts.
    Cheers
    Cal

    Hey Igor,

I think you are on the right track. From what you describe, you should have a pretty good sounding system.

    Have a great time,
